If you verify your phone number you'll be able to call from another Yelo in Client Mode the browser using your own number. If you don't go through this simple step you will of course still be able to call but your contacts won't recognize your number.

To use the voicemail system you must verify your number. You you didn't verify your number yet please do it now verify

Redirect your voicemail to Yelo

To activate voicemail you must dial a code to the operator to redirect voicemail to Yelo. The codes are:

For GSM networks all conditional forwarding (missed calls, busy and unreachable) dial :

*004*0031881234567#

For GSM networks missed calls only dial :

*004*0031881234567#

For GSM networks when unreachable (phone turned off or without cell coverage) dial :

*004*0031881234567#

For CDMA networks dial :

*710031881234567

For TDMA networks dial :

*742132609302 and *732132609302

Make Test Call Yelo

To check if your mobile is correctly setup you will call your number. Please do not answer so that the call is transfer to us

Deactivate Yelo

To stop using Yelo you need to dial this following code on your phone

For GSM networks (Most of the World) dial ##004# or ##21#

For CDMA networks (Most of the World) dial *81 or *73

For TDMA networks dial *38 or *740 and then *730

Make sure you have permissions to activate call forwarding. Some pre-paid plans might not support this feature or may required to be activated. If you are having issues please contact your operator
